scan ur pc ~~ becz (EXE) open with (CMD) ..

maybe u have Malw or Troj ..

the problem is you need to uninstall the reset pc then try again it hangs in win7 sometimes does a partial install or doesnt install correctly
no virus would stop u from installing sql normally

i seem to have this problem to but mine seems to get futher.

i accidently installed the databases only so being an idoit used a program to remove sql..well all but one bit.

now when i try to run it i get to the install menu, click install new then it goes throught the licence bit, then the next bit where it checks. That gets 100% then it just goes off.

no idea why spent ages trying to figure it out. and before anyone says google...thats about as usefull as saying go look on google (not very usefull for those lacking sarcasm books )


had no problems with xp -.- dam windows 7!


Edit: nvm revo was able to remove the last of sql which windows couldnt do...*sigh* can windows do anything on its own these days? sql i guess is one of these annoying if u dont remove it all i wont work ever again things.

weird thing, i cant install on my windows 7 either. but i got my way around that. i installed mine on VMware under windows xp. seems to work just fine. i am just trying to tweak the ram settings on VMware to work better.
