ok this might be a nub type of question but...

i have windows xp and i have followed all the troubleshooting steps...

the game window is in the top LEFT
i have set a rectangular area
the bot works as it can press tab and can select mobs

the problem is when theres NO mobs around it just stops in place typing in /position every second and doing the other mob attacking commands.

i also have tried the camera version one and it does swap to the bot window fine and moves the mouse to a set location, but it doesnt MOVE THE CAMERA.

is this just a noob mistake or is there something wrong with my bot XD or is there a change in the games coding or pixels that screws up the bot?

also i have a widescreen monitor, idk if thats a factor.

edit: also when theres a antibot mob (bunnies and pigs) the bot just stands there. yes i have selected the particular name associated with the bot trap in the bot-trap tab.

The waypoint system would be a lot more simple that what I have setup... the only problem is you would have to program in all of your waypoints... not to mention I would have to add all of that to the GUI. There would also be an issue about it only traveling to the same few points while in its camp... might appear a little too monotonous... I am going to work on this script in a few hours... and I will post back with any progress.

Hi there. first off all great job with the bot

I tested it a bit during several of ur released versions the new GUI looks kinda neat, but botting should be done secretly. So my point i wanna make is:

Each request of /position will be viewable in the logs of the GMs and will make it quite obvious that sth isnt correct, cause no player is going to use the /position command, cause coords arent that interessting for player.

Now my question is if there is a way to avoid this somehow but still grant a way of moving to the bot, cause /position spamming like 30 times per minute will wake up the GMs.

just my 2cents and keep up the great work

I am not entirely sure that the GMs would actually see this. It has been my experience that some of the variables of the game are client-side. While your actualy position is sent to the server (to inform them of your movement)... there is no need to ask the server your position, because your client already knows how to figure this information out without need of the server. If I wrote this game, I would make all unnecissary information client side to reduce network traffic. Thousands of people play... a few extra bytes per person is a lot of information and there is no need for extra network lag. There are a few things that prove this theory of mine... when you are running past an aggressive enemy, it does not actually become aggressive until you are right next to it or already past it... When you are runnign with a pet forllowing you, your movement is smooth, but your pets movement is irratic (the pets movement is server side)... I think the /position is more of an echo that is never sent to the server... while I could be wrong, I believe it would be stupid and wasteful of the developers to have un-needed network traffic. They are in the business of having as many people as they can fit on their servers and letting the law of averages work out the actual paying customers...

Hab heute mein Win neu aufgesetzt - starte rappelz + bot ... (12.4)
Doch jedes mal wenn er die cam drehen will ... geht er auf den bot zurück ins fenster dann dauerts kurz und die cam springt komplett um ... wenn er nen target findet wechselt er ncoh mal die cam ( also target ist dann nicht mehr im sichtberreich) woran aknn das liegen ?

Today i reinstall my OS want to bot rappelz ... and the mouse move in a very couriosly way ... the picture draw not smooth ... the picture draw in only one frame ... what can i do ?

gz for u new bot but
when i used the version 12.7 it keeps saying "qpositionqposition" <enter> "qpositionqposition" <enter> and does nothing at all o.0 doesnt move, doesnt search for target nothing o.0 just spamin qposition twice

I am working on a fix for this... I am not sure what is causing this. The bot works fine on my system.

maybe cuz u are using the '/' from que 'alt Q'.. maybe if u use the / from the '?' near shift.. the one that dont need to press alt to use the bar... might solve the part of qposition o0'

I think i have resolved most of the 1024x768 issues... I wrote and tested the moving script for the 1600x1200 resolution and neglected to test it on 1024x768... there were major issues with acquiring the coordinates since it was not searching the correct part of the screen. I will be making this work for all resolutions, but for now it will only work with these two.

I have posted V12.8 on the first page for everyone to test.

I also forgot to mention... I have improved the walking script some more to address the robotic nature. It should act slightly more natural now... but rest assured I will not stop until it is perfect.

I am only injecting the command with a line of script... I am actually typing it directly. I am not sure what is going on with the interpretation... I have seen 7 q and nothing at all... I can understand the q... but 7 has me baffled.

also i have a widescreen monitor, idk if thats a factor.

edit: also when theres a antibot mob (bunnies and pigs) the bot just stands there. yes i have selected the particular name associated with the bot trap in the bot-trap tab.

There are known issues running this on windows XP... I will be troubleshooting for the next few hours on windows XP... keep checking back for progress.

It looks like Hackshield is stronger on windwos XP than it is on Vista... Hackshield blocks almost all of the mouse commands on Windows XP. I was unable to get this working on the Windows XP opperating system.
