it 's the first time to setup rappelz privite server
i follow all the steps of guid and it works but i can't creat character
when i write any name message said (you maynot creat this character)
plz help me

If that doesn´t work.
Try to use it with " Adminstrator " .
With the Right Mouse you click on the Icon and get on " use as Adminstrator " .
Had the same problem and it worked with that.

But with the epic 7.2 you have most empty string error or any else error than with the age of rappelz clients

For GM go to Telecaster / Tabels / dbo.character there you set you name to [GM]YourCharName and than add in the line permissions from 0 to 1
to insert items write #learn_all_skill("charname") first in the game001
then write (example) #insert_item(540037, 1, 1, 1, -2147483648, "Charname") in the game001 and you get a tamed wd , the item ids you can find here :

Yes check the right update and try to to use with Adminstrator.
Have updated all the things also on it and works great
