I worked a simple program to take a backup of the databases quickly ...

After running the backup you will find here: C: \ R-backup \ Backup

Or you can edit the file Settings.xml ... As you need ^ ^

backups can be made very easily through MS SQL Server Managment Studio

^^ umm I made this one click you can make a backup copy ... And you can repeat the amendment to delete the old copies of days ..
time backup all DB's = 2 sec ^^
