thats because 90% of your posts are useless, arent actually helping people, you need to start doing that otherwise they wont even bother. you also need good rep with other mods, so your best bet is to go for a forum guardian.

they like to see, good itraer / black market ratings, use of your profile so add friends, try add mods also and SPEAK to them, buy elite gold, premium, get alot of thanks, have USEFUL post, not like "lol" or "wrong section" if its the wrong section link the right section THEN request a close on the thread.

Well, actually being a mod' means not to post things, it means to manage threads and close useless threads, BTW, I helped a lot of people to set up their private server through Skype, and I'm answering to most problems, but after seeing the same problem 1000 times, it gets annoying.
