hes probably doing it the oldest way
hes saying he sells you the items for psc
then he cancels the trade when he got the psc used
and disappears forever /well up to the next scam account
best is to check the sellers a bit like how long are they registered
who did they trade with and stuff like that ask other ppl about them
and try to find a save way to trade (specific for psc since they are liked these days
go in parts like 10$ psc then he gives a part and so on lowest loss possible)
