I have been unable to log into the game for exactly 1 day. After passing the login page and selecting the server, the character selection screen never appears. I would like to request support for a solution.
I would also like to mention that I am unable to connect to any Discord server.
The problem started while I was playing the game. A countdown appeared saying 10 - 9 - 8, and then the server shut down. After that, the game server appeared offline. Later, the game server came back online, but when I try to log in, it never reaches the character selection screen and the launcher freezes.
Please help.
