SylvinaJTOOL, Rappelz UI editior (JTOOL) replacement,
modernized with better controls & stability.
search added & export as html (to reuse with built in webp + compression conversion for web use)
IMPORTANT
static-assets/ must contain your external resources.
Supported asset folders include dds, jpg, png, spr, and tga.
First iteration thus could be buggy as I havent tested it much esp after converting it from web based to tauri
any issues/suggestions keep it in the thread or github requests
if you had issues with game not loading do let me know (swapping the encoding should fix it)
