How to change the spawn of the new character?

Hello everyone. Can you please tell me how to change the spawn when creating a new character, the items and buffs assigned to it?

you need on_first_login.lua and edit
deva_x = 164474
deva_y = 52932
asura_x = 168356
asura_y = 55399

and here
set_value( "x" , start_x)
set_value( "y" , start_y)
set_value( "layer", start_layer )
add you commands insert_item(id,cnt) or add_state and etc

Don't just edit it like that. Add in the end of on_first_login function your new fuunction which will contain warp to preferred x/y and your buffs, or just directly put it. Because (as I noticed) if you will just change these values and assign them on character creation, then you will not have NPCs and players working (I tried layer too)

Now, I have another problem. I can't find any software that would allow me to go from an RDB folder to SQL. For example: sdXwe'vmvdeHga$ and put it in dbo.StringResource. If you know of a way, I'd be interested.

It called grimoire. sdXwe is db_string.rdb, it's encrypted name. Grimoire can decrypt names
