Depends on what exactly do you want I can get it.
Server set up is easy deal, especially local one

"Respect for privacy and secure handling of files" - as long as you're running it local only, you shouldn't care about anything, because you will not open any port and here won't be outside connection

I am the one who made 90% changes on source-based Inferno server, if you need that info.

So, if you need just local set up then this is more than easy. If you need it as base for next project then here's the deal. And you later on will yes need indeed security and set up and stuff
