First of all, I would like to thank everyone who has answered one or the other question.

1: First of all, the search bar is there to use it, every x number of posts I notice the same response from those who know the most "use the search bar", because they are right, there are usually one or two posts of the same thing.
2: before starting you will need SQL version 2008 onwards, I do not recommend express since it does not install the necessary services.
3: Server files, I recommend the version 9.5.2 that is published from tutorials.
4: The client and here is an issue that must be taken into account, know that it is not just downloading the Client and it will be the same as one of the versions found online today: RappelzTournament, DARK, Gambit; rz; etc
Generally the REVOLUTION TEAM post; It already gives us a clean client, and another option can use that.
If they are going to have the client interface, but the important thing is behind, the DATABASE. Without that, nothing you see on the servers is the same.
5: BRAIN!!; a lot of server development has to do with thinking a bit, burn some neurons and based on SEARCHING in the forum, and some Youtube videos, you can solve 90% or more of the problems
6: Learn to verify the operation of the database and the Lua files, there are many applications developed by those who know the most and who are in the forum that can help us.
My recommendations. GM Control (Gm_Tool v1.8), Creation of items, files, stores, and others (Revolution Tool V2.0); Verification of inventory, characters and others (Poultry). With these three they have more than enough to bring the server into tune
7: Many posts are old, keep in mind that Rappelz is a game that is old, and both the environment and the graphics are old. Many online files have already fallen and they are not replaced, save yourself the consultation, they will not be reuploaded.
8: Not all server builders are nice, and it's understandable no one wants their work and time investment stolen for someone else to steal it. But they are few, most are cordial if they are treated well and one asks out of curiosity.
9: Not everything can be applied to the server, many files that should be compatible are not, or due to incompatibility of BD_AR_EN_KR etc; or the clients. And many items can't be used by sql need to be loaded manually because some tables don't match.
10 and last. They must be patient!!; it is critical to trying to get the server up and running.
My Suggestions:
A: Configuration of files and connection failures, see the tutorials in the forum, 99% of the solution is there.
B: Client failures, it is precisely due to version configuration failures in the EOP files of the server.
C: Version failures, remember to change it from Auth, and Gameserver. CaptainHerlock shows us the details of the incompatible versions and tells us in which version the client should work, modify the file and try.
D: Failures in the database or access to them, Check the encryption and the password must be in AUTH, and GAMESERVER well copied, generally if you followed the tutorial the user is always "sa".
E: Fails to enter the server or no servers, remember to place the command to start PrincessAurora (set game.open_external 1, I recommend creating the Pre_run_CMD.TXT file in the same directory and paste the command in it for automatic execution) and the launcher with the command (start_auto_launch).
F: The versions of the clients usually throw the server if they are not compatible, check and change the version.
Right now with version 9.5, I'm running a 9.8 client for the visual environment.
G: Not all weapons and armor are available in the game. It usually happens that in the GMTOOLS tool; We see items that are not applied in the database and it shows us the item not found icon. Look for another BD and update it. But even the REVIAC equipment, and DEVILDOOM weapons, are in version 9.5.
The Vulcanus, LAVA and other teams are the own development of each private server and are not available, or at least I did not find them. And they are items that I want!!!!.
H: There is a lot to find in the forum, I have been going through the forum for 3 months (currently on page 148) and I have found many items, Queries, texture files, and so on. It's a matter of searching.

Buenas a todos los desarrolladores, quisiera hacerles llegar mi experiencia, para poder concretar un servidor privado a todos aquellos "Novatos" que estamos desarrollando un servidor y que solemos hacer preguntas obvias para quienes ya saben del tema, pero esenciales para nosotros que estamos iniciando en esto.
Creo que los puntos mas esenciales que buscamos es que el servidor mejore y que funcione como queremos. Voy a hablar de mi experiencia hasta que logre hacer andar todo y pude jugar sin opciones es decir el cliente solo
Primero agradecer a todos los que me han respondido una que otra consulta.
Ahora si, les cuento.
1: Antes que que nada la barra de busqueda esta para usarla, cada x cantidad de posteos noto la misma respuesta de los que mas saben " usen la barra de busqueda", porque tienen razon suele haber uno o dos posteos de lo mismos.
2: antes de empezar van a necesitar SQL version 2008 en adelante, no recomiendo express ya que no instala los servicios necesarios.
3: Archivos del servidor, recomiendo la version 9.5.2 que esta publicada.
4: El cliente y aca hay un tema que se debe tener en cuenta, sepan que no es solo bajarse el Cliente y va a estar igual a alguna de las versiones que se encuentran hoy en linea: RappelzTournament, DARK, Gambit; Rz; etc.
Generalmente el post de REVOLUTION TEAM; Ya nos da un cliente limpio, y otra opcion pueden usar esa.
Si van a tener la interfase del cliente, pero lo importante esta atras, las BASE DE DATOS. Sin eso nada de lo que ven en los servidores es igual.
5: CEREBRO!!; mucho del desarrollo del servidor tiene que ver con pensar un poco, quemen algunas neuronas y a base de BUSCAR en el foro, y de algunos videos de Youtube, pueden solucionar el 90% o mas de los problemas
6: Aprendar a verificar el funcionamiento de la base de datos y de los archivos Lua, hay muchas aplicacions desarrollados por quienes mas saben y que estan en el foro que nos pueden servir.
Mis recomendaciones. Control GM (Gm_Tool v1.8), Creacion de items, archivos, tiendas, y demas (Revolution Tool V2.0); Verificacion de inventario, personajes y demas (Poultry).Con esas tres tienen mas que suficiente para llevar el servidor a tono
7: Muchos posts, son viejos tengan en cuenta que Rappelz es un juego que tiene sus años, y tanto el entorno como los graficos son viejos. Muchos archivos online ya cayeron y no son repuetos, ahorrense la consulta no van a ser resubidos.
8: No todos los creadores de servidores son amables, y es entendible nadie quiere que le roben su trabajo e inversion de tiempo para otro lo robe. Pero son los pocos, la mayoria son cordiales si se los trata bien y uno pregunta desde la curiosidad.
9: No todo puede aplicarse al servidor, muchos archivos que debieran ser compatibles no lo son, o por incompatibilidad de BD_AR_EN_KR etc; o de los clientes. Y muchos items no pueden usarse por sql deben cargarse manualmente porque no coinciden algunas tablas.
10 y ultimo. Deben tener paciencia!!; es fundamental para tratar de llevar el servidor a funcionar.
Mis Sugerencias:
A: Configuracion de archivos y fallas de conexion, vean los tutoriales en el foro, 99% de la solucion esta ahi.
B: Fallas de clientes, se debe justamente a fallas de configuracion de la version en los archivos EOP del servidor.
C: Fallas de Version, recuerden cambiar la misma desde Auth, y Gameserver. CapitanHerlock nos muestra el detalle de las versiones incompatibles y nos dice en que version debe funcionar el cliente, modifiquen el archivo y prueben.
D: Fallas en base de datos o acceso a ellas, Revisen la encriptacion y el password debe estar en AUTH, y GAMESERVER bien copiado, generalmente si siguieron el tutorial el usario siempre es "sa".
E: Fallas al entrar al servidor o no presenta servidores, recuerden colocar el comando al iniciar PrincessAurora (set game.open_external 1, recomiendo crear el archivo Pre_run_CMD.TXT en el mismo directorio y pegar el comando en el para ejecucion automatica) y el launcher con el comando (start_auto_launch).
F: Las versiones de los clientes suelen tirar el servidor si no son compatibles, verifiquen y cambien la version.
En estos momentos con la version 9.5, estoy ejecutando un cliente 9.8 por el entorno visual.
G: No todas las armas y armaduras estan disponibles en el juego. Suele pasar que en la herramienta GMTOOLS; vemos items que no estan aplicados en la base de datos y nos muestra el icono de item no encontrado. Busquen otra BD y actualicenla. Pero hasta el equipo REVIAC, y armas de DEVILDOOM, estan en la version 9.5.
Los equipos de Vulcanus, LAVA y otros son desarrollo propio de cada servidor privado y no estan disponibles, o al menos no las encontre. Y son items que quiero!!!!.
H: Hay mucho para encontrar en el foro, llevo 3 meses recorriendo el foro (actualmente en la pagina 148) y he encontrado muchos items, Consultas, archivos de texturas, y demas. Es cuestion de buscar.
Tengo mas de 2 GB de archivos para ir probando. Tanto su funcionamiento como la carga en BD; pero mi problema es que no tengo una buena CPU por ahora. Veremos en unas semanas mas.
I: Agradecer!, si a los desarrolladores y colaboradores del foro, por mas pequeña que sea la respuesta den gracias, no hay nada peor que alguien descortes, mas cuando estan intendando ayudarlos.
