Impossible to create character

Hello every one,

I've just created a 7.4 local server for myself and i can't creat a new character.

I tryed to find solution on the forum but i can't find one working...

I think something is wrong with my DB but i can't fin the issue.

DB COM ERROR(Thread:0, HRESULT:800A0CC1, GUID:00001564-0000-0010-8000-00AA006D2EA4) : DB_CharacterList(dbo.smp_read_item_equip_info: @IN_SID: 7/ (dbo.smp_read_character_list)@IN_ACCOUNT_ID: 5) : Cannot find the object in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal reference.

Did you check to make sure the telecaster was empty?

What do you mean by empty? Yes the telecaster had no character created.
