I would like to invite you to the English-Arabic discord about rappelz, he is quite active (he is not mine) and the administration is preparing, as far as I know, a great rappelz page for players of official servers / private servers and developers.
I also offer my services and help in learning developer rappelz. if you are interested, I invite you. and if you are a gamer you will surely find something for yourself too.

Offers help in learning "Database Rappelz and creating custom content"
The materials will be divided into chapters:
-Item (all about itemresource, how to create custom items etc etc)
-Monster (monster creation and stats and drop)
-Skills and states (I'll explain how skills work, how to edit them and create new ones)
-Summon (explains how to make new pets in the game)
The first customer has the option to offer the price
(the only thing that costs is my time, I will pass the knowledge to you for free)
Each chapter includes:
-Video showing how to do something,
- a written guide with a description of what works
-tools which I use myself to help you do it faster
-few examples and an hour / two opportunities to chat on discord where I can stream show or fix the problem.
If I don't know something or I don't learn enough about it, then I will lower the price.
