to run 9.6.2 based ?

Revo doesn't share 9.7 arcadia it,s 9.6 so i just need item 9.7 converted from any client iam already have item9.7 but in rdb and i cant convert mybe there a way

I don't get what's so hard, Just make a reference for the reference and paste it into the required values / copy and paste it into the 9.5.2 Item.db

I've done this exact thing for 9.1 in an hour or so, So I fail to see why it should be any different here.
