It might be hard to find ...
Almost no one has moved to 9.6+ because it uses a new method of client linking that uses ip in the GS .
so very few people switch to 9.6 & those who switch to 9.6 have coded their GS themselves, so to find tools that work well or create tools it will be complicated because of the big change in 9.6 you will have to face like me all by hand line by line xD
It is therefore preferable to make a 9.4 to 9.6 hybrid.
