sql problem VPS windows

Hello Pepole i'm trying to follow the guide in here in how to installe the the SQLM for a rappelz database i follow the the guide step by step but later when the installtion is finished i dont find mySQL installed and it is missing although on my own computer everything works fine , please help thank you and i tried to goolge this guys but couldnt find anything usfull i'm having this problem since 2 days and couldnt not find a solution for it

MSSQL not mySQL could you be searching for the wrong thing on the VPS?

Can you use HeidiSql for this ? to import the database in ?

I am not sure off the top of my head but I have never heard of anyone using anything other than MSSQL it is of course what the back ups were all made with and what the .luas and everything else that does database queries are written in.

Having used both I have seen query syntax differ a little bit between the two.
