So it is clear by the selection list you ran 2 different herlock servers with different .opt files from different folders.

In those opt files have you also defined 2 different arcadias and 2 different telecasters?

Also in the .opt files are all of your auth settings the same like the md5 and md5 key?

Same mistake

What are the different database names?

Your using different server ports? One port can not do 2 servers it will get locked to the traffic of the first.
