what's wrong with the Rappelz P-Server community?

Hello everybody o/

I had no real connection with Rappelz for a long time.

but now I'm back and see that ...



15 fucking epic 9 Server and 5 low epic Server...


ok of course everyone has the right to open a private server!


but 90% of them are simply useless....

No player who wants to play Rappelz again..

wants to start on a server where everyone is already 200+

then you get almost everything shoved in the ass for no reason!

there is also the language barrier...English is the world language ... but everyone thinks he has to write in Russian, Arabic or any other language

90% of all private servers described in the following words!

-Play solo
-don't understand your teammates
-Economy on a server does not exist
-If you're unlucky, the server is still P2W
-Number of players not available (because there are too many servers)

I probably forgot some points but nevermind..

of course want to prevent...!

Statements like:

then open your own server or something like that...

i'm just a player... no Dev or something else!

I don't want to be either xD


so now with the topic



the fact is, no one needs thousands of private servers..!

with almost identical servers...it is a small part that mostly differs from others.


Of course there are devs who are more concerned and have a plan

who also implement meaningful new ideas...

but the most just Copy and Paste.

So I was active I think 2 weeks on epvp...

Many players write they are looking for a good old Epic server...

what do i see today a new epic 9 server has come online????????

WTF 16 epic 9 Servers for real ? i think maybe there is even more xD

a call to all devs who just copy or take things from epvp anyway and then install them.

nobody needs a new server that does exactly what everyone else has done before...!


we only need 2 servers...a new Epic Server and an old Epic Server these two with decent settings...!

with a world language like English in the chat not only the launcher and the game..


I think everyone should now master English, we live in 2020... (btw iam from Germany so english is not my main language)


I alone cannot change anything...

But on the whole we are a community ... we should pursue a big goal together and not everyone should cook their own soup...!

you can hate me for that ...or think about whether I'm right after all..

while i am still lurking i can leave my comment on this.

1.Most players want a private server to be easy.i get that but a lot of people ask for a game-breaking thing from developers, this is my view of those things.

Pet buffer
Alt Buffers
Direct Teleport to all favorite places ingame.

2.Some people love cash shop some don't.On all my past projects i had a same Cash Shop system.

All items in cash shop are cosmetic only without any stats.
All those items you can get via event if you can't/won't support the server.

But some people really don't wanna to support a server unless they get some sort of advantage over players.

3.Why people make higher epics? Well most of the files in higher epics are fixed so to make a server takes less time. There were a few attempts by developers including me, we used higher epic files and creating lower epic files.

4.So all in all Most players don't like major changes and making game hard.
Most of developers that are here can't fund own server for longer period.

Rappelz private servers section used to be active when there were problems between the official Arabic server and the players, now the Official Arabic server has a new administration and they satisfied the players, so the Arabic players most of them returned to the official server or just retired, so most of the good Arabic developers stopped from developing new stuff for the game, and most of the developers in this community who were active last 5 or 6 years were from the Arabic community, with all respect to the other developers but the Arabic developers they were the soul of this game not only in the Arabic forums but they had a huge effect even in this forum.

when the challenges between the developers exist new stuff and achievements will exist too, and when a challenger retires, there will be no taste or excitement to achieve more, this is my vision.

My statement was not about what the players are doing wrong...!


It was about the number of servers and the copy and paste...!

I can also understand the Devs' frustration.

I've had a conversation with Inkdevil on the Theme.

It is true...but if it weren't for that many servers..if everyone was playing on one server,then the probability is much higher that the server costs can be covered or not ?

I just said that there are simply too many servers and that there is a huge language barrier...because every "idiot" wants to cook their own soup.

Yes it is your hobby but you all have the same hobby..!

but decide for yourself what you want in the end it's up to you guys, I can also play other games np.

see that if you were all working on a project together, much more would come out of it...

as you may notice, E9 servers have the highest online rate, players escape from official servers to pservers to afford what they cant afford there (which is not so fun to play)

old epics files have also a lof of bugs that made devs choose to do downgraded servers

we're working on an E4 pserver, it might be ready by 2021

P.S: The spammers here who always ruin the posts here am sure you're one of the main reasons of why a lot of devs left this forums because who wanna be close to uncivilized folks like you

So many people said it is not OK to begin at high level on a server...
Think about it this way... if a server has the new epic as theme, and the new epic would have content at level 170+,what is the reason to play from level 0?
Also there might be other reason. A pvp server needs rank 7 for player to play pvp good. It would be a waste of time to grind low level, while a pve server should never skip level.

There's many server with different theme and different kind of developer
