I have few questions before I head out starting with the files.
1 Are these official files or just ''Hybrid'' based on 9.5.2
2 If it's not a hybrid version, is there's the same monster motion limitations?

Looks like 9.1 to 9.6 hybrid based on the source code release so they are not even 9.5.2 upgraded, they are 9.1 upgraded.
If what rplzDev said is true it is related to this...

This is our files yes, but it's not our 9.6 Official files, And I'm not even sure if it's really upgraded 9.6.
However, I know that Mohcen working on developing 9.6 from our 9.1 sourcecode,
So all rights of the upgraded files belong to Mohcen if that's true and this is his files.
Please scan the files in virustotal.com before using them from the unknown side.

@ i just notice why ghost on 9.6 server video preview never showed a bottom bar where are all icons

Why wait for them? It's not released by them, just avoid downloading **** from new accounts by some random people.

these files are 9.1 updated by Mohcen and Gangor
We are not interested in publishing it now because we are out of this field.
