I created this real quick so I didn't really bother with the CSS(Spacing between the columns in the ranking table need to be adjusted), it's using the default template for Razor Pages, this is coded using C# and it runs on .NET Core 3.0 so you can run it on any platform that supports it such as Linux.

You need to edit appsettings.json and set the appropriate connection string and your game server's IP address and the ports for the game server(captain herlock) and auth server(princess aurora/glandu's auth emu) and then you just run "RappelzRanking.exe".

Let me know if you face any issues, the source code is available as well.
