You can use Revolution Arabic or US 9.4 SFrame that included with the files and change your string resource use Korean one,

You need to edit your launcher to be like this :

SFrame.exe /country:KR /auth_ip:127.0.0.1 /cash /commercial_shop /main_server /help_url_w:902 /help_url_h:670  /no_localized_file  /gift:2

To disable the GameGuard you need to edit the localinfo.ini file and replace the Korean data with the Chinese data and your launcher will be :

SFrame.exe /country:CN /auth_ip:127.0.0.1 /cash /commercial_shop /main_server /help_url_w:902 /help_url_h:670  /no_localized_file  /gift:2

Or you can use Korean SFrame .. and nothing will be changed

If the client asked you for any dll files then extract these files in your client folder :



Note: You need 9.4 Client and 9.4 string resource and 9.4 SFrame not 9.5 not 9.6 to make it work perfectly.
