1/ Can't see where I can change the website's language to English

2/ Server opened yesterday, first server news are:
- Cashshop points prices.
- Cashshop paying methods in english.
- Cashshop paying methods in arabic.
3/ "Medium Difficulty", people are already level +175.
4/ It's another 9.4 server. WHY ?
