[New Server] - looking for a partner.

hello my name is yarden im 25.
i had an idea of hosting my own rappelz server to public, but i havent been messing around with c# etc for quite a while.
im looking for a developer / manager to create / maintain a 9.4 rappelz server.
you have to KNOW what your doing beside of setting up a server only (website modify data base add new content if needed etc)
once everything is available im planing to host the server on 1gbps connection 12core 8gbps Dedicated Server. (not home server - but real massive machine)
this project will be made for FUN with small beneficial program to MAINTAIN the server!

so im looking for the right partner, i hope anyone sitting in the crowd is cool enough to cooperate

1) im paying full server expenses.
2) grown ups only.
