heute möchte ich mein Wissen mit euch teilen und habe eine Anleitung vom Entfernen bisheriger SQL-Versionen bishin zum Betreten eures Servers erstellt.

Anforderungen:

• ein funktionstüchtiges Hirn und zwei Augen
• ein 64-bit Betriebssystem
• Windows 7 oder neuer [die 2012er SQL-Express-Version ist auch ok]
• 4 GB ram
• 30 GB Festplattenspeicher

Schritt 1: Entfernen aller SQL-Dateien
"Gehe sicher, dass du auch alle Dateien sowie Ordner vom PC entfernst!"

Schritt 1.1: Löschen (Fortgeschritten - WICHTIG!!)

1. Deinstalliere alle SQL-Server Komponenten - du kannst hierfür die Systemsteuerung benutzen -> Programme und Features

2. Eine Sicherung eurer Registry machen.(--Falls du Scheiße baust und es wieder rückgängig machen willst--)

3. Lösche die folgenden Ordner via regedit:


--HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server

--HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSSQLServer

4. Gehe zu HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall und lösche alle Unterschlüssel in Verbindung mit SQL Server.
(-- falls es nicht "SQL" im namen hat, überspringe es --)
5. Gehe zu HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es und lösche alle Schlüssel in Verbindung zu SQL Server.
(-- falls es nicht "SQL" im namen hat, überspringe es --)
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server and subfolders.

Schritt 2:Neue Installation von SQL

Du kannst WinRar benutzen um die Dateien aus der .iso zu extrahieren







Hier kannst du eine benannte oder unbenannte Instanz auswählen, wie du möchtest :P

(--Vergiss nicht den aktuelle Nutzer hinzuzufügen, falls dieser nicht aufgelistet ist!--)




Ich hab 123456 benutzt, und niemals einen Fehler bekommen - also schlage ich euch das für einen lokalen Server vor :P

Schritt 3: SQL Konfiguration

Wechsle den TCP dynamic port zu 1433 .
Stelle sicher, dass alle protokolle freigeschaltet sind.
Nun gehe sicher alle Dienste neu zu starten

Schritt 4: Datenbanken wiederherstellen

Nun da dein SQL und die protokolle eingestellt sind, fahre fort und starte das SQL Server 2014 Management Studio ,








Vergiss nicht den pfad und den namen abzuändern!


Falls deine Telecaster [Telecaster94] heißt, ändere sie zu [Telecaster], damit du meine .opt-Dateien nutzen kannst wenn du willst.

Schritt 5: Den Rappelz-Server starten

Du musst du die .opt-Dateien und luas einstellen.
Lösche alle .ela-Dateien im Script-Ordner und füge die .lua-Dateien ein.




Zu startende Anwendungen:
LogServer.exe --->Der Log-Server, diesr muss zuerst gestartet werden.
ChatLog.exe --->Chat Log Server.
PrincessAuroraServer.exe--> Folgende befehle musst du nach dem Starten ohne Klammern eingeben damit die Spieler einloggen können: (start_service)(set game.open_external 1)
ServerLauncher64.exe ---> Wenn du möchtest, dass dein Server automatisch wieder hochfährt, gebe hier folgenden Befehl ohne Klammern ein: (start_auto_launch)
UploadServer.exe--> Upload server.(nicht benötigt, falls du keine Gildenicons hochladen willst.)
CaptainHerlockServer.exe-->Game server.

Schritt 6: Den Rappelz-Client starten/startfähig machen(auf Seiten des Clients, versteht sich)

Relativ einfach, alles was du brauchst, sind Client und Launcher sowie die dlls, die hier mit angehängt sind,und die sframe aus dem Ordner der Serverfiles.

everything worked fine! However when I try to open the arabic client I got this error: 'localeinfo' File Not Found

note that I replaced the sframe file and edited the. bat file as you mentioned in page 3

The only bat I see on page 3 is for a US client.

I think using the Arabic client and sframe you will need to launch with the Arabic code page.

It is an Arabic client? Not an English client with the Arabic sframe launching code page right?

If it is not an Arabic client then you are going to have to create a whole bunch of non ascii resources from the ascii ones including the localeinfo.ini file

Would be easier to get a European client and put the Arabic sframe in it.

it was NOT arabic client.. it was english client (9.4 revolution release to be precise) with an arabic Sframe.

now why I didn't try arabic client? - because there is no arabic 9.4 release on eliepvpers so far.
PLUS I tried the official arabic rappelz + arabic sframe but it did not work.

at the end maybe I will do as you say and try to get a European client and put arabic sframe.

EDIT: I found a way to make room for the 9.4 KTS client.

So for those of you not trying for a US build and having trouble with all the ascii **** this may do the trick for you...
