If you want to give advantage to donators then make it like 1.2x or 1.3x exp for hv pass and buff like +10% max hp/mp. But don't increase character's strenght for money by stronger buffs at hv

We don't increase character strength. And hv buff don't give hp and mp buff just give 2x exp buff. We are changed. And hv pass price 8-10$ it's not expensive and don't give more strength

Ok so maybe you don't understand how time works, but here's a little help: midnight or 00h00 is the start of a day, hence the 0 hour, it's zero = start.
6/6/2017 00h00 was a couple hours ago..
