making server using sql 2016

as the title how I can make rappelz private server using the new sql server 2016 and I have windows 10 how can I make server can anybody help I need help

the problem here bro is that the sql confegration managment is not giving me option to put the port for the server to 1433 thats the problem here i managed to install the sql full put this tool is not working well how i can delete it and re download it so i can make the server.

Exactly where do you start to run into to trouble setting the TCP/IP port for the SQL server?

i run this problem when i downloaded sql 2014 and it wont make me delet the features so i go to sql 2016 and tried it put the configuration manager wont give me this TCP/IP port for the current server

According to this I found with a quick google search by default the server should already be listening on port 1433...



Yet it still gives instruction on how to change it.
