One & Two (in the attachments) are templates only and you won't be able to connect them to the database unless you code them yourself which shouldn't be so hard if you have some programming knowledge .
the other files in Google drive (some of them are templates only as-well and others like Hyperion website have the coding part) .
So if you are using Hyperion website for example , you can restore the
.bak in your SQL then check either the
Web.config or each
***.aspx.vb or
***.aspx.cs file and change the SQL details there (depends if it's Visual Basic or C# and depends where he stored the SQL connection details)
