I would like to share something I made.

Set the characters permission to 100 in Telecaster.dbo.character table permission column.

Okay so i've change it from the column to 100 in the the Edit top 200 rows. then when i logged in the game how could i use the tools?, its no where to sign in the tools.

like this right?

Most GM tools do not have a direct connection to the game.

They are a copy paste setup where they give you a command to copy and paste into the chat window.
