Please learn to use it and help us keep our forum clean for releases and guides.

With that being said please refer to the guide of your server file release for instructions on how to configure your .opt files.

I have seen many guides here and I have seen the .opt files in all of them and I have never seen .opt files like yours.

Also in your .bat launcher you are launching /country:US but you are using /locale:Windows-1251, why not /locale: ASCII ?

What client are you using?

Your not using an MD5 Key?

Your not using the auth emulator?

Whats with the low ports 1995 1996?

Players cant use chat until 80?

Now you see there are so many issues it is so much easier than to figure out how to fix every one of them for you if you just followed a guide in the first place.
