[SUGGESTION]What host service to hire?

Ok so I'm about to start testing my private server and I need to hire a hosting service, wich one should I choose? I want a host that could run up to 120 players.

The players will be mainly from america (north and south).

Which one do you guys suggest? (please include the plan too lol)

A dedicated server 8GB, with a small SSD, or otherwise. With good connectivity and good support.
