This tool can read .jtv files and dump the frames from them.
If it seems like it isn't doing anything it can take up to a minute to load a jtv file so please be patient.
Special thanks to glandu2 for both his dll and assistance with the tool.

Update: Fixed some bugs with initial release.
Update: I managed to decrease load time will post update soon.
Update: Update posted I managed to reduce load time to 1 second.

can you tell me what the .jtv files function is..?

It is a video file used by rappelz. I think now rappelz has switched over to m4v but before that jtv files were used to display any kind of animation in the login part of the game. From an animated login screen to the character create displays that would popup.

Sorry just woke up when i wrote that. lol
In e5 they switched to m4v. But in e6 they started using xml and still do.

Yeah it is probably more operating system related when the tool was compiled.
