making my personal pserver problem

i tried to follow the steps of this guide


i reached the step number 3 get rappelz file and i did get them
then Step 4: Restore and configure the databases (and the user)

this step
but when i open the file in this location

and i get this screen



it seems i cant get the links to work and show the photos Sorry im new at this forum
help with that would be good too

There are minor ties from SQL to visual studio but there is nothing that you have to do in Visual Studio to get the server files running in SQL

where do i have to go to start this program
i have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit so there is two program file
and i searched them both
