[RELEASE] Update server

Hello,

This is a fully functional auto patching system. It checks up to date resource folder and compares them to the local folder.

The set up is easy, fill the opt.cfg (do not rename the file) :

• start_argument = /replace/ (example : SFrame.exe /auth_ip:127.0.0.1 /auth_port:1234 /locale:ASCII /country:US /commercial_shop /cash /help_url_w:123 /help_url_h:123 )
  
  * this would be the contents of a start.bat
  
  
  
• patch_list = /replace/ (example : )
  
  * this is the text file generated by update server, do not rename that file
  
  
  
• resource = /replace/ (example : ) )
  
  * this is the folder on your root where UNHASHED resource files are, the launcher automatically converts the unhashed files to hashed when downloading

.. then open up OPT_Compress.exe (under server folder) and drag & drop the opt.cfg file. Only the compressed opt.cfg can be used. The opt.cfg HAS to be with the launcher at all times, else it will not function.

Update_server.exe must run at all times.
