Requesting for some help

Hi guys, first thanks for reading, im getting problems to connect to my server y has downloaded, setup and runned this pack i have changed all the ips, ports still as default and compressed every file that i edit, but when i want to connect i still getting a message of " Disconnected from the server" i have no idea if is problem of the pack, client or what, is someone of you can help i will thank you so much!

*Info: i has write the commands start_service and set game.open_external 1
