There isn't a full 8.2 private server. So you must wait a few months for any 8.3 server.

I don't think Rappelz LEX includes a client that supports english-speaking players. I COULD be wrong, but I couldn't find any support on their site.

Tournament Rappelz is currently offline until further notice...this is from their website:

Sorry to tell you that but you allways have to keep this fact in mind if you play on a pserver...there is no proof that the server will be online for the next months or years...you allways have to keep in mind that it's a lot of easier to close an illegal pserver instead of a legal server...a pserver could shut down everytime without any information...

Don't want to tell you where you should play or not only want to tell you that you should think before spending real money^^
