I have a problem with Microsoft SQL when I want to create a database

Corrupt database that you are trying to restore. Wrong MS SQL Server. Make sure you don't use 32bit MSSQLServ. 2005, 2008 DBs can't be read by 2012 and vice versa.

Oh meh.. Go follow iSmokeDrows guide. Use 64Bit MSSQLS 2012.
