i disagree, even if rappelzproject leeched the tools and files, but the website is very helpfull for newbies who wana make servers

Is what i say it's leeched files -_- ******* idiot...

Moreover you don't need this file you want a fully working server go into google and learn programming... And you will see is very easy to manage server...
