How to add in NPS mc PROF and Talante Points when u have 150 lvl ?

To add NPCs to the game, you'll need to modify the db_npcresource.rdb file, add an entry to dbo.NPCResource in SQL Server and program them with a custom lua script. Unfortunately I don't know the lua command for adding Talent Points, I am sure it is written in a lua script for the 7.3 server somewhere.
