Which program do you suggest me to use to make a launcher like the DarknessFight one?

i think you should try VB 2010 it's more easy a have some tutorial on how to make a Rappelz Launcher

Notepad & cmd are enough. *troll*

Visual Studio is just help for that.

But info for you: There is no "tool" where you type in your Servername and it creates you the best launcher (ok, the NCarbon-one...), you must code it on your own.
