Web Server Repack?

I am currently trying to setup my registration page via xampp, however about a year ago I had it working and have misplaced the webserverrepack.rar just wondering if any of you members happens to have another copy of I could get. I currently have a registration script on there already but doesn't look as professional.

i really need to update my knowledge on this stuff. How do I go about changing everything? Like I dont see how i can get the registration to link to my server.
