Did you have any recently enhancements? = Rollback
Try to restart the service daily at late night. to free some memory. =IT'S WINDOWS SERVER=
Some of the 7.3 I believe needs 2012 as I faced some problem with 2008 in early testings.
Did you check the telecaster files sizes ? = telecaster.ldf + telecaster.mdf

inspect the server performance during peak times. If it crushed, restart the whole server not only CaptainHerlock .

again, all that is suggestions because when I inspect the log file I found that you use unlimit storage items count :-
game.max_storage_item_count : -32072

this is a huge problem.
when 2 or 3 players open their storage at the same time, the server suffer.

make a change to gameserver.opt => then compress of course ^^
game.max_storage_item_count : -32072 to 100 or so.

isnt 99990 item a lot ?
try making it 100
and xijezu , al7rob has 2 servers , the first server and the test server which was made 2 days ago
the new test server works fine without crashing
just finding the difference between the 2 servers may solve the problem
and btw the first server (which crashes) dont have warehouse , it was replaced by cs trader
PS : Xijezu , i can talk english very well and i can give u any information u need but just help Al7rob fix this great server

Dear al7rob,
As i told you.
Before putting any tuning to the properties like storage limit or players limit,
YOU SHOULD ROLLBACK THE DATABASES TO THE STABLE STATE.
because the crash maybe cause of reading mismatching values in the database.
Do this,
1- Back up the current databases.
2- restore the database to stable state before the crashes happend.
3- tune the properties ( like player limits , storage limits, ... etc)
4- run the server.
5- get the log.
6- share the result with us.
