Nevermind, it seems you can download it directly from the Korean site. Hmn Well when it is done for everyone who doesn't have or can't download large files, I'll re-up it thanks anyways everyone ^_^

Ofc u can, but in order to get the patches u still need a korean Ip, most of free sock5 proxies are blocked on kts, so you will need a Korean VPN account. Which would come to ~ 10$ each month.

no you cant, since non korean ips are blocked from kts

For Patching only, just use the FlyVPN test VPN...

Ye that's what I did. Just typed Free VPN in google, remember FLYVPN had been posted about here and NCarbon, installed client, turned on VPN launched updated and started dump. I will be reup'ing the client later on only if enough people want it, so if you want it please say so within the next couple hours ^_^

You said that i only need the korean VPN to use the patcher / login right? when i got on my character i disconnected from flyvpn and then got disconnected ingame

LOL he said use it to patch, lolol. Which is the only reason any developer would need KTS Clients, I don't play KTS lolol. BTW guys I'm just going to put up the desired file segments from the 7.4 Client instead of the whole thing
