Unless you host multiple databases (and even then...) you don't need to have both Express and paid version installed.
If I were you, I'd uninstall the Express, and then try to start the regular version's service.

Is here any working configuration maker? I have downloaded and tested 2 of them but both was bad softwares.. Hit and shield was incorrect.
For exampel gähn's manager (v. 2.0) shows max shield about 700k with double booster, skill and seproms. Right max shield is over 900k. Same problem with hit.
Also in "fight" between 2 configs it would be nice if it could switch between x4 and rsb.

This is really big question/request but I hope somebody have time to answer.
As you can remember I have been looking for coinfiguration manager but I haven't found so I decide to make my own manager.
I have tested it with Excel and its working quite well. I can now simulate matches with x4/x4+rsb but only ONE config :( It also calculate max hit/shield with amount X of lf3s/lf4s/shileds. Those works..
But 2 question
-Can I somehow calculate match with 2 configs in excel...
