Hello, i set up a local server with the help of

Everything is working for me except the last step in the How-To. My client just won't start. So far i have tried adding exceptions with my antivirus for 3 files(kitekat_launcher.bat, rappelzcmdlauncher.exe, sframe.exe) and also running them with full admin rights. Have also tried a different sframe.exe although i am not sure about the versions compatibility. If anyone can help me troubleshoot i would be very grateful.

Edit: Nothing showing up in taskmanager either

Well, that's the problem regarding your OS only. Try to install latest C++ redistributable from microsoft. And/or directx9 (but afaik if you wouldn't have directx, it would start, but would throw an error)

I’ve set up my server on the LAN following this guide and these details. It’s working fine, but...



I’ve set up my server on a LAN using these specs and guide. It works, but I'm experiencing significant delays:
It takes about 50 seconds to enter the game after clicking on the server.
When killing an enemy and looting (either manually or using a decorative pet), it takes about 10 seconds to pick up just 3 drops.
I’ve played this game since Epic 3, and I recall that back in Epic 7, actions were never this slow.
Are you familiar with this issue? Any ideas or solutions? Ty!!!

I made the change, but it’s still the same. Could it be that Decopet was just this slow in version 7?

Can I use a different client version? I tried with version 9, but it doesn't connect. Thanks anyway for the help!
