How to remove buffs the reomve buff option not working.... i have too much % ( 70000%) what can i do now?

OMG, probably remove the state's id for your char in telecaster.dbo.state should solve your problem ........

Da ich endlich meinen GM Tool v4 fertig habe, möchte ich ihn mit euch teilen.
In v4 sind folgende sachen neu.
- Items werden aus "ItemList.txt" geladen. // so könnt ihr neues adden/schreibfehler bessern.
- Monster werden aus "MonsterList.txt" geladen. // Damit ihr fehler bessern könnt oder neue dazu adden.
- Rang Title werden aus "HonorList.txt" geladen. // Um fehler zu bessern oder neue zu adden.
- Teleport Positionen werden aus der "TeleportList.dat" geladen. //...
