my first problem :
when i log to game

and create char - good
and when i logout and wait 10-15mins im cant log again but all char's and acc's is delete from auth/telecaster
how to fix it ?
Second problem :
when i log to new char and kill 1 moob im lvl up to 300lvl ...
how to fix this 2 problems ?
