How To Make new rappelz p-server ?

im need make my rappelz p-server for me and my friends ...
and where can i download MSSQL to windows xp ?
where can i download redemption [ GameServer , AuthServer ... ]
and hamachi now im have -.-
who can help me ?
i can pay for him 20Euro

start_service
