how i can change the hv price orr how i can make ppl get 10m from the first log in ? could u tell me please ?

Yes you can. Change hv price: dbo.Marketresource . Ids for you HV are in the ETC_script.lua (look for is_premium check item ....) 910000 or 910023 i guess. im not sure though

10m on first login -> on_first_login.lua put the line sv("gold", 10000000) (i hope this is right ) somewhere. becareful with the functions there. they start with function() and end with end. Put it in the right place or you will have problems

Set a Basic price for an Item:

And 10 mill for a relog is not that right. Lawly, diese function würde das geld des spielers nach jedem relog auf 10 mille setze. Also hat er zb 33,5 mill und logt hat er wieder nur 10 :P)
