CTRL + R = Run Window + type cmd and hit enter, then issue ipconfig. ^_^
BTW this window is going to give your local router address which is almost useless if nothing else. The only time lan ip's are appropriate is if you are hosting the databases on one pc on your network and the server on another etc..
If you want only local access use 127.0.0.1 because the router ip will function in the same manner but will take more time and no one will be able to access your server if it's set to 127.0.0.1 or your local router address.
