Unfortunately there was a Critical Issue with the block of servers that lost power, this caused several machines to lose power. I was in the middle of a backup procedure when this happened, almost all Account and Character records were scrambled. Sadly our database backups where corrupted in this event and we were barely able to retain our current backup of all in-game modifications.

We realize this is a huge inconvenience for our players and will be doing our best to give recompense for the loss of data. All [GM]'s are on alert and waiting for PM's saying that you have lost your account and character.

If you have lost your account and character, please use the following steps:

More Information:

Redemption has requisitioned a new Server PC on an entirely different block of servers, as our old one seemed to have many issues due to other gaming servers located on the same network node.

We at Redemption sincerely apologize for any inconveniences caused by the last day or so, you can be assured we have set rock solid backup functions to multiple computers as we can not have another character/account loss on our record.
